- Birth Record: $34.00
- Death Record: $26.00
- Marriage Record: $19.00
Record Availability:
- Birth and Death Records: Tulare County only maintains records for births and deaths that occurred within the county. For records outside Tulare County, please contact the appropriate county where the event took place.
- Marriage Records: Records are available only for marriages where the license was issued in Tulare County. For other marriage records, you will need to contact the county where the license was issued.
Once your application is complete, visit our office during the hours listed below to finalize your request.

Certificate Pick-Up Hours:
- Monday through Friday: 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM
Beginning January 1st, 2026, Birth, Death, and Marriage certificates for events prior to 1970 may be slightly delayed as we work on digitizing our records. We appreciate your patience during this update. Thank you.

Confidential Marriage Certificate

Certified copies of confidential marriage certificates are only available to the parties of that confidential marriage or a person designated by court order.
